Established in 2019, located in Qingxi Town, Dongguan City, with over 60 employees, we specialize in designing and manufacturing all kinds of stamping tools and machining metal components.Our biggest advantage is a stable and excellent team. Our owners have been occupid in tooling industry for over 20 years.
And owners have a great idea for managing whole company. They are very nice to all customers and employees. Also almost of our employees have been working for tooling industry over 10 yeas and they love working here.All of us keep working hard and improve our technology level to serve our customers better.
We insist on "quality first" and control each step strictly. We make sure parts 100% pass CMM report, 100% fit the fixture,100% meet GD&T, every components installed in tool are good and tools run perfect before shipment.

Complete Machining Equipment

Multi has 10 CNC, 15 wire cut machines and 6 grinders, other drill and mill machines. Our biggest CNC is 3 meters and we have a stable and long term coorperate machining partner.
They have more than 20 CNC and their biggest CNC is over 5 meters, which can fully support us to machine larger tools and some urgent jobs.
No matter inside of tool shop or machining partner, we use the same machining requirements for every component.
And we will check every component after machinine to ensure the accuracy.

Strict Quality Management

Quality control is the most important part for us. We firmly control quality for each step, such as simulation & process & die design, our top management team will review together to avoid any design issues. For machining, we will check every details to ensure machining accuracy.
For development, we will make sure every Q-loop to achieve the expected results. For buyoff, we will replace all weld and broken details and paint the tool as per customers' requirements. Our buyoff engineer will check the tool as per customers' buyoff checkinglist to ensure every requirement to be completed before customer buyoff. Because of our strict quality management, we win customers' recognition and trust and reach win-win coorperation.
